So with summer behind us, and winter on the horizon, autumn’s the perfect time to install synthetic grass. Even better, why not replace existing sod with synthetic grass landscaping like NewGrassTM. Seems like either scenario are great candidates for synthetic grass lawns.
And if you’re a homeowner, even better. You’ll enjoy a lush, green lawn before the first snow. And when winter comes? No problem. While others deal with natural lawn issues, you won’t! Synthetic grass is very low maintenance!
But what if you’re a landscaper or installer? Well, you can mitigate the traditional pre-winter business slump by offering quality synthetic grass landscaping. Even better, installing synthetic grass makes an impact on California’s water problem. It’s one reason the SoCal Watersmart rebate program is so popular.
So even if you don’t live in a cold climate, autumn is still a great time to consider the benefits of artificial grass. Plus, consider this. Many parts of the country continue to offer rebates year-round. These are incentives for homeowners who replace turf grass with a synthetic lawn. In fact, several California water districts, including Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, still have rebates available.
However, don’t delay until spring to take advantage of rebates for synthetic grass landscaping. Seems like many water districts offering rebates year-round offer them on a first come, first served basis. Besides, if you wait, you will waste water. Remember, your water district uses up its budget for rebates before you apply.
